How Can I Say is an AI-powered translation application that provides:

  • Alternative translation options with varying formality levels

  • On-device AI processing using Apple Intelligence

3. System Requirements

The App requires:

  • iOS 26.0 or later
  • A compatible iPhone with Apple Intelligence support
  • Sufficient storage space for the App and its data

The App may not function properly on devices that do not meet these requirements.

4. License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

  • All activity that occurs through your use of the App
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

6. Translation Accuracy and Limitations

Important Notice:

While we strive to provide accurate translations, the App uses AI technology which may produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate translations. Translations are provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated translations may contain errors or be contextually inappropriate
  • The App should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or professional translations
  • You should verify important translations with professional human translators
  • Cultural nuances and idioms may not always translate accurately
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from translation errors

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data (spoiler: we don't collect any personal data).

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any translation errors or inaccuracies
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice

  • Add or remove features from the App

Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
